Or, if design is already underway, our engineers can easily convert plans to cold-formed steel framing. We provide the Engineer of Record with permit-ready documents for submission to building departments, as well as load-path information so the EOR can take advantage of lighter loads on the foundation. We also provide all panel drawings and coordinate with MEP trades to eliminate confusion during construction.
